What have you been speaking into your life? It is already a new month. Welcome May Five months in the year already; that time just flew by. What do you plan to manifest this month? No time like the present to reexamine your goals and aspirations. Are you advancing boldly towards your dreams or do you remain stuck in the same patterns? It is easy to say go after your dreams, it is easy to visualize and conceptualize but taking action that is when things really get difficult.
Past failures and disappointments often times still scream at us to stay safe to stay in that place that we feel comfortable; even though that place is not even remotely benefit us. What if you had all of the things that you wished for today would you truly be happy? We are ever changing we are dynamic and nothing stays the same for long. The best we can do is enjoy the season that we are in and believe that we are going to have everything that our heart desires.
It has been one of that funky energy sort of days. I know most people have a love-hate relationship with Mondays; as long as you have the privilege of breath it makes no sense hating the day, a minute or even a second of your very precious existence. Easier said than done sometimes.
If you are currently struggling with an issue that you believe is insurmountable or you are going through something that you think no one else has just know this: You are never alone. Affirm it: I got this. I can and I will make it. Try your best to fight the funk. Even if it is something as simple as writing a note, reading or speaking something positive or reaching out to a friend.
Maybe the year started off rocky, maybe it is not going how you have planned. Take the good points and let this be the last month that you doubt your abilities, your potential, your worth. Just because it has not manifested yet that does not mean it is not coming. It’s not a matter of if it MAY happen. Start affirming with conviction it WILL and CAN HAPPEN.
This month let’s kick doubt, worry and fear to the curb. Stop saying it May happen and start believing it will. It may be difficult it may seem impossible but it always gets done.
Stop saying it may happen and start saying it will
You need to own it, claim it, affirm it
Your words have such immense power
Replace it may with it will
DO your best to fulfill your desires
Just keep watering those desires with the fragrant words of success
Through it, all keep affirming, keep believing
keep doing your best
One day you will have it all and look back and rejoice that you made it through every test.

Sometimes I long for simple days. The days when all I had to do was concern myself with what I wanted to eat for lunch. Just maybe I miss being a toddler. I envy my daughter sometimes, such a carefree unbridled bundle of energy. Some days as much as I hate to admit it; life is synonymous with overwhelm. We take on everything. We take on far too much until we feel like we have the weight of the entire Universe on our shoulders.
It is safe to say sometimes I think this adulting business can miss me. I just want to be like a toddler and run around in my underwear and do whatever my little heart desires.
The bills are due and you are sitting there thinking about tomorrow and all of the things that you have to do. I don’t know about you but I am sick of to do lists. Yes, they keep us organized but they also keep us busy. So busy that we forget that we were not created to do stuff all the time. We were created to be joyful and carefree and to just simply be.
Anyone out there ever had an anxiety attack? I really do not know how to describe it. The walls are closing in. You are trying your best to keep shit together. Keep it all together. I am that kind of woman. I want to do it all and I want to do it all alone. Of course, I know this is not logical but as much as we resist we are all affected by the pressures of daily life at some point.
When I get anxious, I literally forget to breathe. I think most of my anxiousness is brought on by my endless need for mental to-do lists. Things are not how I want them to be or maybe I have so many things I “must do”. My mind is not present and I am trying to live oh so many moments at once.
All the trivial things you worry about can make u manic. What are you doing? Living for next week next month next year? Or are you beating yourself up for something you did or did not do last year? We often forget that all we ever really have is now. Have you ever been overwhelmed? Truly overwhelmed? During these periods of overwhelm so many mixed emotions can arise. None of them, at least in my case are ever anything good. Self-doubt, fear, shame they all come crashing down like thunderstorms. Even for the strong ones, it can be too much to bear. I strongly believe in the immensely beautiful power of words; so I came up with five affirmations that can help you reset and refocus your mind when you are overwhelmed.
We all have those days when we feel like the world is against us.
Sometimes you just need a reminder to think happy thoughts and JUST BREATHE.
We all have those days when we forget how awesome we are. Do not place your value in the hands of those who do not appreciate you You are a STAR. Don’t you ever forget it . Nip those feelings of unworthiness in the bud with this affirmation.
As one of my good friends said just today as much self -love you have there are things that happen that will shake you ,that will sting a little.We are after all perfectly imperfectly. All you can do is take life’s challenges in stride. Keep your head held high and march forward t the future you have envisioned. Just remember no matter what you are confident and strong and you have got this.
Most importantly; Life for today for this moment. Stop looking back and stay focused on the prize.

My list would not be complete without this channel. I remember one night my mind was feeling so full I could barely concentrate. Something just told me to try meditation and I ended up on this channel. She had me at bliss in four minutes. Don’t think you have the patience for meditation. Trust me if I can do it anyone can. On this channel, she also covers exercise and total body health. Basically, it caters to your mind-body and spirit.
Yoga is one of my best-loved activities for balance and overall well-being. Never tried it: well check out this post to learn about all the benefits of yoga. I think everyone already knows about this channel but I had to include it. She has yoga for every mood, purpose and ailment, She also incorporates the use of affirmations and mantras. Here we are in February or the month of love as it is typically called. Single or taken there will always be one individual that you can always rely on and that is yourself. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in fulfilling the needs of others that we forget ourselves. When was the last time you did something nice for yourself, you know just because? Don’t view obstacles, setbacks, and rejection as negative. They were all designed to make you better, stronger and more versatile. Nothing affirms your fierceness quite like achieving a dream or getting over something that you once viewed as insurmountable. It may take a day, a year or even ten . You are capable of achieving it all. Make goals, manifest and most importantly take action. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained. The only failure is in playing it safe all the time and not trying anything new.

Love, happiness, and joy exist for all of us. Don’t buy into the notion that only a certain type of individual deserves abundance or fulfillment. No matter how you look, your net worth, your beliefs; we are all special. We all deserve to live how we want to. Opinions as always are irrelevant. Your life, your rules. Fear and doubt should never hold you back from manifesting the reality you crave.
I Love Myself Unconditionally
I love you. How often do you say this to yourself? Flatter yourself. Write yourself a love letter. Look in the mirror smile and say I love you. Make a list of all the things you appreciate about yourself. Pin it to your mirror. Keep it in your journal. Commit it to memory. Read it often. You are fabulous. Don’t you ever forget it .
I Trust My Intuition And My Journey
How often we get caught up in the comparison game. It leaves you feeling left behind and like you are less than. You are exactly where you need to be. Make peace with your past so it does not ruin your present. Don’t watch what others are doing it will only distract you from achieving what you want to. Think about it do you really want to be like everyone else? How boring would that be? Put it all into to perspective Look at how far you have come. Work on making yourself better than you were yesterday.
On the bad days, it is difficult to see the rainbow in the dark skies. Just remember to find ways to inject positivity into your life every day. Small consistent efforts often lead to big gains.
