Soothing Saturday : Beach Meditation

This my attempt at a little beach meditation. For those who need a little bit of calm and relaxation in their day.  The health benefits of salt water are endless. Today I want to focus on mental well being.  Magnesium-rich seawater purportedly can also relax your muscles, reduce stress and help induce sleep. Find yourself somewhere comfy where you won’t be disturbed. Take a deep breath in and out. Feel your body relaxing. Feel yourself letting go of everything weighing you down. Listening to the waves, imagine them washing all of your cares away.  Today’s mantra will be: I am Calm. I am soothed. I am safe. You can repeat this phrase as often as you like for as long as you wish. Just listen to the sound of the waves and let them take you away.
