Six Motivational Tips for a Marvelous Monday

Here we are again. Another Monday. A chance for a fresh start at least that’s how I see it.

Here is my dose of Monday Motivation 🙂 

M– My circumstances will not determine my level of happiness.

O One day at a time. Think of today as your only day . Tomorrow is not promised. Make the best of today.

N No to negativity. Limit your response to negativity. Your energy is a precious resource.

D Dare to dream.  Dreams are what add those magical elements to life. Dream big. Dream often.

A– Affirmations. Positive self-talk can turn a blah moment into an aha moment. All is well . affirm it until you believe it .

Y You have the power to create your dream life. Try to master your feelings and emotions . Do not let the thoughts and actions of others affect your self-worth.

  1. No to negativity is my favorite! It’s so easy to slip into the typical “monday” mode and get overwhelmed, but choosing positive thoughts can be a powerful way to start your whole week off right!
