A Flavorful Life

Rosemary

Bills, chores and the endless to-do lists
A vicious cycle of mundane tasks
Repetitious, Robotic, Meaningless
They can leave life feeling quite bland
The invisible shackles of oppression
Eight hours chained to a desk
Stuck ..Listless. The struggle is all too real

So we seek to make life more flavorful
Like that perfectly baked Christmas Ham

Using people, money, and material things as salve for the soul
A futile  cure that will never heal
I want to be immersed in every moment
That rush, intensity is what I want to feel
Give me moments, mishaps and memories
Zesty, full of gusto, rich in flavour
The best ever full course meal.
