Self Love and Slay -5 Mantras For Your Inner Fierceness

Spread the love

Here we are in February or the month of love as it is typically called. Single or taken there will always be one individual that you can always rely on and that is yourself. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in fulfilling the needs of others that we forget ourselves. When was the last time you did something nice for yourself, you know just because? Do you take time to go within and celebrate your beauty and all that you have to offer this world? Today and every day I urge you to focus on yourself. Know that you are worthy, special and loved. Here are five simple mantras that serve as a reminder of your divine greatness.

I Am Enough

 I am Enough bajezen

One of the simplest affirmations and one of the most effective .Self acceptance is the key to happiness. Know this; you lack nothing. You are were not created to be mediocre. Embrace all of your quirks and imperfections know that they make you the unique and wonderful soul that you are.

I am Strong, I am Capable, I Got This Covered

strong and capable bajezen     Don’t view obstacles, setbacks, and rejection as negative. They were all designed to make you better, stronger and more versatile. Nothing affirms your fierceness quite like achieving a dream or getting over something that you once viewed as insurmountable. It may take a day, a year or even ten . You are capable of achieving it all. Make goals manifest and most importantly take action. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained. The only failure is in playing it safe all the time and not trying anything new.

I Am Worthy Of All The Good Things Life Has To Offer

call in the good bajezenLove, happiness, and joy exist for all of us. Don’t buy into the notion that only a certain type of individual deserves abundance or fulfillment. No matter how you look, your net worth, your beliefs; we are all special. We all deserve to live how we want to. Opinions as always are irrelevant. Your life, your rules. Fear and doubt should never hold you back from manifesting the reality you crave.

I Love Myself Unconditionally

unconditional love bajezenI love you. How often do you say this to yourself? Flatter yourself. Write yourself a love letter. Look in the mirror smile and say I love you. Make a list of all the things you appreciate about yourself. Pin it to your mirror. Keep it in your journal. Commit it to memory. Read it often. You are fabulous. Don’t you ever forget it .

I Trust My Intuition And My Journey

trust your intuition bajezen How often we get caught up in the comparison game. It leaves you feeling left behind and like you are less than. You are exactly where you need to be. Make peace with your past so it does not ruin your present. Don’t watch what others are doing it will only distract you from achieving what you want to. Think about it do you really want to be like everyone else? How boring would that be? Put it all into to perspective Look at how far you have come. Work on making yourself better than you were yesterday.

I love this. So often we talk down to ourselves and we tell ourselves things that we would never say to someone else. Switching to positive interspersing communication makes such a difference!

  2. Anissa says:

Very inspiring post. I would just say to spend a peaceful day alone and allow your partner the same space(if it applies). Some people forget they existed and had interest before the relationship. You will come back rejuvenated !

    • Tachiwi says:

I don’t have a partner but you do have a valid point . Not sure if I want one either tbh . You are right about that fact I have plenty friends who forget who they were / are without a significant other .

    • Tachiwi says:

We all have doubts because of the opinions of others . One thing I can definitely say is that your gut instinct is never wrong . It’s like God talking to us . Just remind yourself not to let the doubt take over . Thanks for commenting

  3. Dee says:

  4. galeweithers says:

Love love love (did I say love?) love this post and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. As a woman I find it easy to love everyone else first and then me afterwards. Your words are just what a girl needed to hear. Thank you!

    • Tachiwi says:

I am so glad it struck a chord with you. As women, we are natural givers and sometimes we do forget to put ourselves first 🙂 Have a great week and thanks for commenting .

    • Tachiwi says:

Thank You for your kind comments. People are usually bummed about being single or gifts and stuff like that on that day. Single or taken I think we all could use a good dose of self -love.

    • Tachiwi says:

I sometimes forget Rome was not built in a day as the saying goes. One day at a time and baby steps as long as you keep moving there will be progress 🙂

I love your posts Tachi… they always come just when I need a little ‘pick up’. I just love your positivity! I got myself flowers for my birthday and it felt good.

I loved your affirmations! Definitely going to add them to my list, also so important to remember during February with Valentines day looming. Thank you for helping me to remember my importance x

These tips are wonderful and much needed! Too often it’s easy to put yourself down and this was a nice reminder to be good to yourself and celebrate all of the incredible things about what makes you YOU!

Good to remember all these things. I find I’m much more productive when I’m nice to myself and think positive things.

  10. Chrisnetta says:

Consistently reminding myself that I am enough is short but powerful and is so worth it to do. Recently I’ve started going to the gym as a method of self care. It’s a good way to release some stress!

    • Tachiwi says:

It most defintely is good to release that pent up energy . I am enough . Three simple words but so powerful and reassuring . Thanks for commenting.

  11. Kate Andrews says:

Why is it that these are so simple and affirming and yet they are so hard to say! I feel like when I do say them though, and I repeat them a few times, I can feel myself becoming calmer and more self assured.

  12. Jen @ Jenron Designs says:

I love reading your mantras, they brighten my day. I have one I say everyday to focus myself, its “Healthy, Wealthy, Happy & Wise” no particular order just the way I remembered it and it flows off the toungue. I repeat it to myself to remind me of the pitfalls the day will have in store for me.

  13. Tren says:

I am glad i clicked here. Needed to hear this. This time of the year is always difficult. And bc I know that I had already begun extra selfcare techniques.
