Six Motivational Tips for a Marvelous Monday

Spread the love

Here we are again. Another Monday. A chance for a fresh start at least that’s how I see it.

Here is my dose of Monday Motivation 🙂

M– My circumstances will not determine my level of happiness.

O One day at a time. Think of today as your only day. Tomorrow is not promised. Make the best of today.

N No to negativity. Limit your response to negativity. Your energy is a precious resource.

D Dare to dream.  Dreams are what add those magical elements to life. Dream big. Dream often.

A– Affirmations. Positive self-talk can turn a blah moment into an aha moment. All is well. affirm it until you believe it.

Y You have the power to create your dream life. Try to master your feelings and emotions. Do not let the thoughts and actions of others affect your self-worth.

What are your goals for this week and how do you intend to slay today?

Have an Awesome Day Everyone. Love and Blessings Tachi

  1. No to negativity is my favorite! It’s so easy to slip into the typical “monday” mode and get overwhelmed, but choosing positive thoughts can be a powerful way to start your whole week off right!

  2. Monday’s are hard. This post has definitely helped and I’m inspired! I love how you send it up with the specific letters for the word Monday, super clever!

    • I am so glad it helped . As A mother I can surely relate . Sometimes we have way too much on our plates and it is so easy to get discouraged.

  6. I actually really needed to read this today! I’m having a bit of a rest day to take care of myself after a crazy (but amazing) weekend, and because I have a job interview later in the week. It’s easy to get down on yourself on Mondays, and I’m doing my best not to do that today! Thanks for the reminders!

  7. What a powerful way to start a Monday! Definitely gave me some pep in my step. Monday is my least favorite day of the week so I need all the motivation I can get!

  8. Yes love this!! This week is going to be a busy week for me as it is cut short as my father’s birthday is friday so we will be celebrating.

  10. This blog is so refreshingly different. I love the 6 motivational tips. My add for myself is more – do more and be more than you did yesterday. This is a kind of affirmation for me since I live with a chronic illness.

  11. I love this! Too many times you hear people say it’s going to be a bad day because it’s a Monday, but that kind of negativity is what leads to having such a bad Monday. Today, I am going to focus on some positive affirmations so that I have a good day!!

  12. Mondays are always the toughest for me — especially after working all weekend like I did last weekend. But this is definitely something that I will have to keep in my back pocket, it would be helpful to get through the toughest day of the week.

    Great post! x
